I left another call from the NuGenerex web site as well as a message the other day and this afternoon I received a call back from a YouFeng lawyer. He informed me that he was calling me because YouFeng had notified him and wanted him to contact me due to my calls / messages with concerns.
The call itself was actually very informative, though he could not get into the business side on what they were doing with the products, which I had asked on my original call and web txt, I was ok with that, he did inform me that all the shares that were provided via Generex are still valid and that we could be expecting a shareholders call sometime later this year.
On the call, he explained that the Florida address is gone, the Texas office is just an office for mail, etc...
They also have hired a company out of NY that is acting as a CFO to go through the financial books as they are in complete disarray from bad deals and debt among other things. He stated that is is actually a complete mess. Until that is complete, no SEC filings, but YouFeng is backing all of this it looks like.
All in all, the financial books were in really bad shape, however they are cleaning them up and all the testing is currently being handled in China and they are currently working on a vaccine in China as well, as stated by another poster previously on here who spoke to someone also.
They are working to get everything back in order and will provide updates as soon as they can.
Lastly, I told him I appreciated the information and I wanted to know about my shares in the company. He was able to check and validated that I was still a shareholder and my shares were still valid.
He did tell me that Generex was gone, so it is not coming back. Even though Fidelity shows I have shares, I really don't. It is history. Only NuGenerex shares are valid from now on.
There you go.
