To everyone who has been emailing/messaging me re Todos Medical and Tollovid: a press release will be going out shortly.
I have resigned as CEO of Todos Medical. That company is being liquidated in Israel. Todos Medical no longer owns the rights to Tollovid. I am working on my next career move.
I am firmly committed to the Long COVID community and I am planning a NewCo to address many of the pathologies I believe are central to Long COVID in order to provide a holistic set of solutions to this problem.
I was in disbelief that the Todos funders would not provide the capital to save Todos Medical and 3CL Pharma in December given that I believe this is the biggest opportunity in medical investing history. I understand that the general market has not yet begun to believe in the Long COVID investment, but I thought the Todos funders would be smarter given the tremendous level of education I provided them. Obviously, it wasn’t enough for them and they declined to maintain ownership over the Long COVID solutions business opportunity at the end of December.
I am also sorely disappointed for those shareholders who bought shares in the stock market will not be able to participate in the future of fighting Long COVID through the Todos Medical investment vehicle.
Despite these disappointments I am more determined than ever given that virtually every hypothesis I advanced beginning in 2022 has proven true.
I believe I have a unique perspective given my understanding of the problem, my understanding of clinical trials, and how the practice of medicine addresses complex chronic degenerative conditions.
I hope that those who are upset with me under the current circumstances will give me another opportunity when that next project comes to fruition.
