Just to shed some light on the long delay there is no explanation from UEEC.
I attribute the delay to RCA working extensively with the FDA and the new guidelines and new medical submission process. No doubt there has been collaboration between RCA and the FDA IMO!. Do your d/d and invest what you can afford to lose! Lock and load!
