I believe I recall something of that nature as well...although given the ongoing arbitration...not entirely sure we're done with Sidley Austin...It has always struck me that SA was on a contingency basis...so when it was declared...as I recall... "paid in full"...I found that with all that was going on money wise that they got paid...was something of an anomaly...and no respect to how much.
