I have no idea if NSF knew that Amarex had allegedly screwed up so badly and said "we don't care" but that would make no sense on it's face. But think about this: what if NSF did actually know that Amarex did certain things that to us investors seems like it was willful misconduct and gross negligence on its face, BUT NSF actually has more information than we do, and feels there IS a good defense?
One has to allow for the fact that it would be quite odd that NSF would commit company suicide if it could be avoided, no?
Who on this board would buy a house to live in, KNOWING ahead of time that it had termite devastation, squattors, was missing 2 outside walls and had a crumbling foundation?
