The owner of AMAREX.owns all obligations of the company they are buying . Bayer bought Roundup and owned all the good, bad, and ugly when they bought them including the lawsuits. When Chevron bought Texaco they bought all the future lawsuits that hit Texaco . One was a big one. So the owner of AMAREX is liable for the sins of the company they bought.
