The whole argument/discussion is dumb. We won't know if NSF is going to take one up the corporate veil or not until this thing concludes. One thing is for sure though, and that's that Sidley Austin will be pulling out all the stops in an attempt to hold them accountable and extract maximum value. They've listed them in filings so there's no disputing that they're trying, and, despite what Lionel Hutz thinks, they may end up successful.

Oddly, I'm told SA hasn't contacted Craig yet for his opinion. This is probably a huge mistake, as a guy sitting on his couch soft bashing whatever his investment is on any given day is surely going to know how this plays out before the rest of the public. Hell, even SA is probably throwing their hands in the air at this point, confused why all of their high powered and highly experienced lawyers on staff haven't been able to know anything as definitively as Craig claims to. Books will be written. Movies made.

So as someone equally qualified to predict the end result, let me state definitively that Amarex/NSF will pay over $100 million before August to avoid potentially taking a much larger, possibly fatal, hit later.

But this only happens if SA reaches out to Craig for his opinion. He did, after all, stay in a Holiday Inn Express once.
