Our legal team, SA is quite competent. They can handle the issue you indicate. Plus, it was not denied due to blip but rather incomplete state of the admissions.
SA won't miss the cost of the Welch bond/relationship in their calculations. Just think about the dilution cost to shareholders. My guess is that the SA number is multiples of anything we are guessing, for negotiating purposes.
