NSF has deep pockets. NSF was fully in control of Amarex when many of the alleged depradations occurred. NSF's CEO personally promised to investigate the allegations and then did nothing. NSF appointed 2 Amarex board members who were NSF functionaries, and they put their own employee in as CEO of Amarex CONCURRENTLY with his employment at NSF.
Please don't tell us again how hard it is to pierce the corporate veil. A fully-controlled subsidiary is going to have its parent company's deep pockets accessed, when the magnitude of the parent company's involvement is so extreme.
