They looked at Texas as a possible spot? Where your proof other wise.?
They tried to get an Indonesia made Solar panel? Where is your proof other wise?
They tried to sell solar related (don't recall they ever saying they did actually sell something)? Where your proof otherwise?

Did they sign a contract for a site in Alabama? Yep, Proof in the filings?
Did they informed the shareholders that contract expired? Yep in the filings.
Did they find a replacement for Indonesian Solar panels? Yep GEP proof in the filings
Do they have a public access website up where they offer products for sale? Yep https://store.sunpacificpower.com/
And they still haven't claimed they sold anything in the SPP store.
So come on where the proof of these lies?
