And you stated " I used 1/20/22 " and no where in that statement does it say "to date' but it does states specifically during those 5 months .
But OK we we used" todate" which shows the price steadily decreasing during 1/22/2022 to 2/4/2024 period of tweets,,which mean they had no effect on luring investors and thus causing no harm.to investors.
As it can easily be shown, as you and other have pointed out, that the cause of the stock decrease was do to cancelling of the RI Transit and the decrease of revenue during the period.
