Maraviroc is metabolized by the liver and has caused liver toxicity in a few cases. There have been severe cases of allergic reaction (might be due to an intermediate stage of maraviroc before final conversion) and bad drug combo interactions. Any of these could be the cause of increased potential of some types of cancer (I would think more likely leukemia) or heart problems.
Leronlimab on the other hand is large molecule, in it's final state and no transformation takes place. Leronlimab has shown mild reactions soon after injection almost certainly because of the body reacting to a foreign substance but the body stops reacting after a relatively short period of time.
