If I remember correctly DC-VAX is an antigen based on the the specific cancer cells in one's body and it is reintroduced to the body to train very specific antibodies. Leronlimab's ability to knock down tumor cell defenses and increase natural killer T-cells would enhance that approach. We would need trials to see how much better a combo would do vs. leronlimab alone.
