Talk is cheap. Don’t see any meaningful contribution by any of them. How many years has this talk been going on? How long has it been that snpw was working on the final piece of financing.
It appears that Tsingshan Group, FoxEss, Sun Group, SC Solar and Autowell are in concert to help SNPW and its PT.IDN Solar Tech project manager build a US facility.
