How does this happen with a publicly traded compan

Someone can just post their position as CFO/COO, with a publicly traded entity, but the person is nowhere to be found on SEC filings?

Chief Financial Officer? aka CFO? A publicly traded company? Same person is not disclosed or recognized, by Snpw/SPP, on its SEC filings, as their CFO/COO for 7 years?
How can a Chief Financial Officer post his title and position, as representing a publicly traded company, on social media. Then claims to working "pro bono"? What does the guy do as CFO/COO for Snpw/SPP? Don't see the guy listed on any SPP or Snpw business registration filings nor any secretary of state annual corporate filings?
Does the "pro bono" give someone special privileges when it comes to audits or corporate liability?
Sheeesh! Kazi must have been scratching her head for weeks before sharing. Hope she's not bald yet?
in my opinion
cheers
