Don't see his signature on any Snpw SEC filings as CFO/COO?

Hope he's not worried about Sun Pacific Power defaulting on promissory note with ceo's side company CaC realty? Looks like Frank has 1,342,953 as a Consideration Number of Common Shares of SPPC.
Or, worried about the 4000:1 board approved reverse split with no expiration date being a common shareholder?
