Thanks ohm. Does leronlimab or maraviroc block PD-L1 directly or indirectly?
PD-L1 on Tumor Cells
From the image, PD-L1 resides on the tumor cells and on the TAMs while PD-1 resides on the T-Cells. My question really is How does CCR5 block PD-L1? Is it a direct interaction or an indirect one?
