For example, if the property had issues, the buyer would cancel a contract/purchase agreement due to no fault of the buyer.
And, if there were no issues with property, as advertised, the expiration (due to conditions not met by the buyer within the specified timeframe) would be the end result.
Filing clearly states "has expired" (no cancelled/terminated) with no reference to any issue relating to property (i.e. seller not meeting any obligations).
