That depiction is false and a sad interpretation of Mr. WallS' posts relating to the 14C's filed.
Mr. WallS only tells it like it is, per the filings. Reminding everyone there is a 14C filed, time after time, is the truth and factual.
Those same 14C's have, obviously, to the rest of the world, have hurt the stock on a number of occasions now.
Everyone knows filing 14C's for months on months, supposedly (see tweets) "not needed at this time", or "not even a possibility" is just insane for a ceo to do unless he's trying to get hiself, family and friends millions of more shares cheap before every NEXT PROMO, following a 14C filing, used to pump and dump? How does the "guessing game" feel with that example of a guess?
Mr. WallS posts do not include wild guesses and "must be" statements or theories about a the terms or property purchase agreement or why it is has expired. You're blaming the expiration on the seller's property issues and finding any excuse except for the most realistic being NO LOAN DUE TO HORRIFIC BALANCE SHEETS and NO SALES/REVENUE? Why not guess no property purchase for those reasons?
