"Based that the contract expired and the property has not been relisted since, from the property testing an issue was found with the property.
Since there is no contract in place and the property has of yet been relisted it can be deduced the issue with the property remains".
It it was a failure of financing "COMMON SENSE" would tell you the seller would have relisted the property once the contract expired..
What that the contract expired over 6 months ago.
So, after 2 years of listing the property the seller, You believe the seller no longer wants to sell it because it hasn't been relisted since the contract.
