This is investing or in sub pennyland no more then gambling
And the company clearly tells anyonewhat it is in the filings.
- it's insolvent
- it's chance of success is a going concern
- it has a 4000 to 1 RS option in place
- it has produced no revenue last quarter
- it history of past failed projects
- the expiration of the Elba contract
The company can't be any clearer to what the company really is.
The PR's and the tweets are what the company is TRYING to be
The odds of success as the company clearly state in the filings are against it.
The filings also point the steps the company has taken to TRY to be the company they project in their Pr's and Tweets.
- Distribution agreement with FoxEss
- The working with PT.IDN to help build a US manufacturing facility
- the agreement with Marine Battery
- the 2 year exclusive with GEP
- the tax incentives and bond off of Alabama
Yes the odd are highly against success and the company filings have not shy away from letting investors now that.
I post to keep it real what the company is TRYING to do and AS LONG AS the current partnerships remain in place (as they do have the financial collateral to make it happen IF THEY SO CHOOSE) I will continue to be supported of my investment.
