From January 2022 through August 2022.they shared with their shareholders they were looking very intensely at TEXAS and sharing the benefits the state of Texas would bring to the company.
They never stated that TEXAS was their only option nor did they state that they stop looking at other state options.
September 2022 through December 2023 they were offered a better scenario (cheaper property and labor) and incentives (10 years tax incentives and the right to sell 50 million in State bonds) by Alabama. They located a site and signed a contract to purchase 2251 Old Curtis Road,

Great meeting with County officials , working with property testing and building environmental services
Based that the contract expired and the property has not been relisted since, from the property testing an issue was found with the property.
Since there is no contract in place and the property has of yet been relisted it can be deduced the issue with the property remains.
Hence while the issue with the property is being rectified (if it can) the company continues working on identifying a solar manufacturing facility in case the Elba situation never is rectified, as the window to build a facility before a possible political change and the tariffs return window closes.
(Speculation) Which takes us to Dillion SC,.
It is important to point out that the Company has not mentioned Dillon SC to date and just because a site visit may have occurred there does not mean Dillon SC will be the location of a SNPW facility
But with the recent site visit the process may be nearing an end and SNPW may be close to a facility site being secured.
