Spent many a year up in Wisconsin…Cheeseheads version of Yin and Yang is to couple cheese with the trifecta of beer, brats, and bowling. I’ll start with a Gold Label Stout at Central Waters brewery and ponder my options from there. Salt of the earth people up that way.
