Something is very wrong when that shit happens.
You have the same problem as Wall you both look at SNPW as an established company and EXPECT it operate as an in established company.
SNPW isn't.
The amount of time you are in business does not make you and establish company, establishing a marketable business does and SNPW has not reached that stage yet.
(only estimating the date to lazy to research at he moment)
Tried to get a solar manufacturing business and solar installation business going in 2016, only to have the US solar panel manufacturing market collapse in 2017,
Tried to get an advertising solar bus shelter and advertising furniture business going in 2018 only to have COVID wipe out the outdoor advertising market as every one was forced to stay home and relies on they phone and computers for local advertising due to COVID.
Near the same time SNPW brought in the Medrecycler project to the company. First to Johnston RI then moving it to West Warwick RI worked for over two years on the project to the point of receiving a letter of "Intent to approve" after RI-DEM did it final review of the application. Only to have it shortly after denied by a new law that wasn't even existed during the whole time of the process.
The Mexican project was not a company controlled project, the company had to connection to the money and the Mexican political issues against foreign solar projects is well documented at the time.
Australia, REEAU website carries a link for FoxESS products which was connected to SPP. The SPP, REEAU and Aspire PR stated they were looking for opportunities but so has't pan out
Which bring us to NOW, Signed a contract to purchase a site for a US manufacturing facility , obtain the right to sell bonds to fund the project, obtain 10 years of Tax incentives for the project only to have the contract expire due to some unnamed issue that came up with the property, (one can make a logical deduction that the issues was with the property from the property being listed for sale for over 500 days before the contract the property has not been relisted after the contract expired.
Reality happens, real events effect real outcomes one can call them excuses but it doesn't change the fact that those real life events played a major part to where the company is today.
Today the company did a site visit at some location to design and layout a US solar panel /battery manufacturing facility with partners.
I am betting this time they will succeed but that just me.
Feel free to correct me if I got something screwed up I wrote this from memory.
