Here is my feelings on the White Marsh building.
First off, Doc did not have to 'tag' that picture and remark on L/in. But he did. The "Leased for over 10 years in Owing Mills Maryland", past tense, and not a specific number of years, using "over" 10 years. To me that is just a statement.
Secondly, "Could not ask for better, it is the best" OBVIOUSLY refers to the White Marsh picture and development. Dalton will need this kind of space to distribute, Enogenises and IR-Med products.
Dalton did not have to 'tag' this picture, so to me, it looks like he leased space at White Marsh. All in my humble opinion.
