To think the guy spent 4 million, or more, on pyrolysis equipment, freight and assembling without a DEM license? Then 24+ months of 16K per month (approx 500K) lease rent on a facility prior to public hearings and a DEM license?
Wonder if everything fell apart with that project when he fired "Billy"?
Sounds like all of the common sense went out the window when that Billy guy wasn't around any longer?
