* Mexico solar farm (shovel ready BULLSHIT by 12/31/22) NEVER HAPPENED
* Australia feed stocks identified and having a funding source (Blissful Holdings-Reeau-Aspireme partners con job) NEVER HAPPENED
* Ri transit bus shelter contract taken over by Vector Media 6 months before it was announced in a 10-Q
* Florida transit bus bench contract terminated 3 months before it was NEVER announced.
* Medrecycler LLC subsidiary taken over by ceo personally 6 months before it was NEVER announced but removed from Snpw website
* ZERO orders and revenue would come out of two different SPP conventions (2022 & 2023), instead only photo-ops at "straw partners" booths
* Website partner links would result in ZERO REVENUE for years
* Online store was a joke PROMO from day 1 and would result in ZERO REVENUE
* Nano/Cigs website content announcing inventory available to ship worldwide would result in ZERO REVENUE
* Bus shelters advertised on Twitter was NO unique SPP design and were leftover dogs from a 2016 shipment and NEVER installed in any cities. Now left with 260k still owed to 3rd party investors for the 2016 order and former Ro transit profit sharing agreement.
* Non-glass solar panels would NEVER get U.L. certified now going on 5 years since patents issued.
* Told you Texas (don't mess with...tweet) solar plant location was HUGE PROMO HOAX
