extending new unit program to Feb 29- yes this is a leap year and Groundhog day in the same month of Feb-how blessed can we be? Days in certain parts of the N Hemisphere are almost 3 minutes longer each day -these events could be considered analogous to hockeys hat trick-anybody awake out there?
