But if it was the company they could point out it is a much bigger facility (double the size), which would allow for major expansion down the.road
It would be a lease and not a purchase allowing the company not to need dish out 3 million dollars to purchase.
It is in far better condition then 2251 Curtis Road Elba AL which would mean it would cost a lot less to retro fit.
But of course that all speculation because the facility is in Alabama until told otherwise.
