I got a question about TikTok. Think of TikTok

Think of TikTok 'sort of' a Walmart of Amazon.
Your first reaction is no way. They are TOTALLY different.
Well, not totally.
I guess that perception really depends on how familiar you are with their eCom sites.
They are selling goods but ALSO can be middlemen for thousand of companies selling goods.
If you remember my example of the fridge filters. I bought four THROUGH Walmart, but not FROM Walmart. I didn't know if I would get real ones or knock offs.
It's the same problem with Amazon and TikTok. Am I getting the real deal or a knock offs? If the product is actually SOLD by Amazon or Walmart, it's usually the real deal. If the product is PURCHASED through those MarketPlaces, it could be a knockoff.
Now the difference between TikTok and Amazon/Walmart is TikTok is just a MIDDLEMAN. They actually don't have products to sell nor vet them which is a BIG problem.
Wait, what do you mean TikTok doesn't have products to sell? They sell a ton!
No, people sell a ton. TikTok is just a MIDDLEMAN.
VERB is a seller on TikTok but also has it's own MarketPlace. Stores selling THROUGH Market.Live should bring their own network of buyers into the Market. When they do that, others stores can benefit as well. It's a similar concept with Shopping Malls. Stores at the mall aren't afraid everyone is going to go to some other store and never come to theirs.
When you buy something from TikTok, you could be buying something from Market.Live or many of the other sellers. Anyone that wants to know who they are buying from like on Amazon or Walmart, can easily look at the seller. They can also go to their store if they want to. Some do care while others don't. Verb is building of their reputation on TikTok for the buyers that care.
For the ones that don't care, they could easily go to Temu or Alibaba and buy knockoffs.

So who understand this all the most beside VERB?
Definitely the store Verb is adding to Market.Live weekly.
TikTok as well or they wouldn't even let VERB use their name in a PR.
TikTok needs more companies like VERB to prevent it from becoming like what was described in that other article I posted last week.
