explain these Wages/G&A/Professional fees

please look at total cash assets remaining as of June 30, 2023 in the 2023 Q2 Q-10 filing on August 15, 2023.

23K - Sales/Revenue
74.9K - total cash remaining
182.4K - SG&A/Professional fees spent April 1 thru June 30, 2023

then take a look at total cash assets remaining as of September 30, 2023 in the 2023 Q3 Q-10 filing on November 15, 2023.

$0 - Sales/Revenue
21.8K - total cash remaining
388.8K - SG&A/Professional fees spent July 1 thru September 30, 2023

biggest giveaway are these numbers for the same two last quarters as above.

Q2 - 2023: April 1 thru June 30, 2023
Wages & Compensation: 13.5K
Professional Fees: 13.4K

General & Administrative: 155.5K

Q3 - 2023: July 1 thru September 30, 2023
Wages & Compensation: 118.6K
Professional Fees: 232.4K

General & Administrative: 37.9K

anyone notice the loading up of Q3 Wages & Compensation & Professional Fees (+ 324K) - from July 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2023?

anyone notice the huge drop off in Q3 General & Administrative (-117.6K) from July 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2023?

That's some damn creative financials above.

Then Go back to cash remaining and try and figure how those expenses were booked and NOT paid or Paid. Who got paid and who didn't get paid.

So, in the end the biggest problem for drugman is this. All items in red below did not occur in Q2 and Q3 2023.

Lawyers for
- FoxESS agreement
- PT.IDN agreement
- Marine Battery agreement
- SC solar and Autowell contracts
- Sun Group agreement
Quote:
- Negotiations with the State of Alabama

- and all other legal issues

And drugman doesn't know WHO covered the travel expenses, not in red, listed below.

Travel expenses to and from
Texas, Alabama, China, Vietnam, Californa, NJ etc

Only travel during Q2 and Q3 were California convention photo-op at others' booths (LOL) and Alabama trip down south to visit the locals (LOL)

569K of Wages/Professional Fees/General Administrative over 2 quarters (6 months/180 days) = $94,833 per month over 6 months.

Compared to $3,500 per month in Sales/Revenue per month over same 6 months.

WHO GOT HIRED? Filings show 1 employee. Did someone pay himself or others? PLUS 15.1K in Wages & Compensation just 3 months later??
Q3 - 2023: July 1 thru September 30, 2023
Wages & Compensation: 118.6K

Q2 - 2023: April 1 thru June 30, 2023
Wages & Compensation: 13.5K

Wait until you see the PREVIOUS 12 and 15 months numbers!!!

Posting for a friend. Wink-wink

in my opinion

cheers
