As with most pharmaceuticals as well as alcohol, most harm stems from abuse or irresponsible use as opposed to responsible use. That will always be a problem for some, but the argument that the benefits for the responsible majority should remain federally illegal due to the harm from the irresponsible minority is just wrong and solves nothing. Feds will reschedule first which will allow extensive clinical research to be conducted with reasonable ease and the elimination of the majority of the legal risk for all connected with the research. This will replace any remaining myth with facts.
