And what does it say about a company that can even sell a fking $80 panel, yet is promoting a 720 MW LOI for a nonexistent factory??
Where IS THE FACTORY SITE? you don't think if Nick SCAMPANELLA actually had a site locked up he would've announced it?? He can't announce anything because he doesn't have anything!! Now he know the SEC will thoroughly dig into any facilities he announces.
