1. For "Pink Limited" Stocks like HLNT, annuals/4th quarters aren't technically due for six months after the fiscal end. Given that stipulation, HTI's quarterly reports have gone above and beyond what is required of a Pink Limited - and acted more like a current reporting stock. (That's obviously the next step - to get the yield sign removed)
2. If they are planning on reporting on time (which they have for the past two years) - they actually have until MONDAY April 1st. So I expect them to file something by midnight that night.
