Conman SCAMPANELLA hires his wife realty comany to "train" solar sales reps, converts "training fees" to shares, pumps shares, sells shares. Rinse, Dry. and Repeat. (same wife that signed off on the fake 3M masks letter, same wife that signed off on the weed license letter, see a pattern here??)
