Some think yes some think no.
I based my no opinion on watching The CEO work for over 2 years with the West Warwick Town Council, Their Planing board and the RI-DEM to get a waste to energy facility approved by the RI-DEM after it final view only to have it denied due to public pressure of not wanting it in their back yard.
My no opinion is strengthen by the companies that want to partner with SNPW,.
Tsingshan Group a Fortune 500 company and its subsidiary Fox Ess solar batter and inverter company making SNPW a Global partner
Solar Group a billion dollar foreign solar panel manufacturing company granting SNPW a 2 year exclusive distribution agreement to sell their solar panels in the US.
State of Alabama giving them the right to sell 50 million of Alabama Bonds to fund the project
SC Solar and Autowell equipment suppliers for solar panel and Battery manufacturing.
