Charged or not, there was undeniable involvement on Nick's part.
Who's to say he didn't simply "roll over" on the other players here for a free ride?
And this isn't the only time Nick has been front-page news. Google his involvement in a marijuana licensing scheme....
It does definitely call into question the CEO's character....
But, please! Do continue to defend and pump away!
