You think being named in a federal criminal indictment is an everyday thing, and not a big deal huh? How many times have you been named in a criminal indictment by the FBI?? Had there been an oversight or board of directors, SCAMPANELLA would've been kicked out on the allegations alone.
Nobody knows why SCAMPANELLA ultimately got off the hook, most likely he cut a deal and snitched on his partner. Still doesn't mean he was innocent given the statements laid out in the indictment by an FBI agent investigating.
