And what came of that whole situation?
Someone took the fall and a few skated. Usually how it works.
That's the advantage of having no board of directors (zero internal oversight) and keeping the company a 1-man band with 100% of voting rights and total control of the company.
Every other Ceo (except Donald) in the country would be working at McDonald's, 4 years later, after a BOD vote on that "whole situation".
