my point was knowingly supporting the fraud, not what names showed up where and when. Especially, when someone knows there was clear involvement by all of the characters at the levels of that fraudulent scheme. And it was never denied by someone else too.
The thing that is most amazing is watching someone, who knows all of the participants knew what they were doing was fraudulent, and that same someone fights tooth and nail to try and shield a certain character of the fraud scheme.
