SCAMPANELLA was named in the Indictment as a CO-CONSPIRATOR!! The Indictment stated SCAMPANELLA provided fake proof of the masks on letterhead to induce the buyers into believing they had access to the masks.
Doesn't this sound like EVERY single SNPW promo scheme in the past seven years?!!
Drugman will come running on here and claim SCAMPANELLA was never charged, even though he was named as a co-conspirator in a US Federal CRIMINAL indictment. We won't know why SCAMPANELLA wasn't charged, he could've turned witness and the government wanted the bigger fish instead of SCAMPANELLA. But that doesn't clear his responsibility in the Fraud scheme.
