Going into July 2022's solar hot pocket when Biden signed the Defense Production Act and Investment Reduction Act, Sun Pacific Power claimed "timing is everything". That was just more pure B.S. because the company was on its way to ZERO revenue and going broke with ZERO cash on hand and no ability to sell any of it products (including supposed solar products in inventory).
So, backtrack between 6 months up to a few years before the July 2022's sign DPA and IRA. Sun Pacific Power was supposed to have its non-glass solar patents (PROMO) with U.L. certifications for almost 4 years now. The same company was supposedly having its own brand (PROMO) of solar panel (see tweet expecting to sell out 1GW pre-production) being made in Indonesia, by an OEM partner, as January 2022. The same company was supposedly starting to sell/distribute foxess batteries and inverters (PROMO) all around the world as of 2 years ago (see press release in Dec 2021).

The non-glass solar panel patents PROMO (since Dec 2019) was obviously worthless or they would have U.L. certs by now and being made by some OEM partner for the past 2-3 years now.

The PT.IDN solar tech solar panels PROMO was, obviously, a hoax. But, if it the hoax had been true, 2 years ago, PT.IDN solar tech could have been making Sun Pacific solar panels for the past 24 months (i.e. tweeted they were as of January 2022).

The foxess Americas battery/inverter distributor PROMO (as of Dec. 2021) was a huge BUST with ZERO sales for the first 25 months.
So, please get out the mini violin when you start hearing the tariffs worries PROMO and we need to hurry up and do nothing once again. For example, rushing to get GEP Vietnam to set up its USA LLC, in October 2022, to be able to ship solar panels to itself. Then those same panels, sitting around for years, are being shipped from the U.S. out of some bullshit Nj and Ca warehouse and not overseas.
Now some thinking get some solar plant built sooner than later to avoid tariffs if a new administration is in place by January 2025. And then the being "grandfathered-in" idea?? Lmao!!
Snpw and its pumpers constantly insert the company into the latest and greatest solar industry news or political news story. But, sadly, the same company still makes no solar products, sells no products, but claims to be transforming neighborhoods across America.
