I treat them as a verifiable sources of information from outside the company.
SNPW releases 2 8k's stating they have a partnership with FoxEss and GEO New Energy Vietnam
Both FoxEss and SC Group websites verify they currently do recognize a relationship with SNPW.
Nothing more
What those relations will end up being is pure speculation and as my handle image on IHUB clearly states (another website reference) "caution ONE MAN"S opinion"
