If he has not don't anything illegal then he not going to care if he did it would be good to apply a little heat.
Since there have been disgruntle employees and shareholders since 2016, I am sure more then one or two complaints have been lodged against Mr Campanella and his businesses.
Since (as far as my DD over the last 3 years) I have not found any sanctions brought against him or SNPW and no tweets, PR's or filings deemed false by the SEC and ordered to be removed.
I am 99.9% certain you are wasting your time.
Your Group has a very short memory.
From Jan 11 2021 to July 2021, the anti-Med-RI's, RI politicians and the RI Attorney General did a very very deep dive in to Mr Campanella and his business dealings looking for some way to stop him.
After all that digging THEY CAME UP WITH NOTHING and had to resort to creating a new law to stop his project.
So be careful the path you take because counter suing for slander, harassment, etc can be a bixxch not to mention expense.
