A good day to add to positions if you believe Dr. Jay. Only .03 off all time low on light volume. We're expecting an announcement of some sort by the end of the month. Penny stocks are always a risk, but this feels like a qualified risk to me, or maybe I'm just optimistic because it's a snowy Friday.
