Where do you suppose the money to fund QMC Health is coming from? I bet it's going directly into QMC Health and not QMC. None of us own any QMC Health stock directly. If you do, I'd love to hear about it.
What makes you think that QMC owns enough of QMC Health to "allow us to participate?"
What do you suppose QMC Health did with the million authorized preferred shares?
Could it be that there hasn't been any QMC update because they don't want to let us know that the QMC longs have been effectively cut out?
