This place, that place, some place, no place as far as this share holder is concern ANY Place in the US where SNPW's US manufacturer facility is built is fine with me.

2251 Old Curtis Road has been off the market 288 days (April 5, 2023 - January 18, 2024) ever since the contract with Elba Power Corp was signed after being on the market over 500 days before.

It's obvious there is an issue with the property, otherwise it either would have been sold to EPC or relisted for sale.

Maybe those issues were resolved and improvements were made or maybe they weren't and SNPW was forced to seek out a new location as the clock for the tariffs being reinstated is running out.

Either way a site visit took place Jan 12 to 14 and things continue to move forward.

Sc Solar, Autowell, and Solar Group (GEP) went somewhere to design and layout a US manufacturing facility in the US for SNPW.

And you don't have Billion dollar companies waste there times to design and layout property you don't have control of for a long period of time.
