I would tell your rich overseas friends to weigh the following two assumptions, namely -

1. What you assume to be Leronlimab's proven ability and potential are wrong,

or

2. What they assume they know about the FDA - the reality of how they approve new products and why - is wrong.

I knew nothing of the FDA until how they treated us (and other drugs) during the Covid response. I still know very little about the FDA, but I now know enough.
