Some people who believe they have common sense also believe the alien lizard people control the world's governments.

Scientific fact: vaccines cause an immunogenic reaction in the body that helps fight off the virus if it appears.

Scientific fact: vaccines will cause negative reactions in some people.

Common sense: A vaccine based around a virus that causes a massive enough immune reaction that the immune reaction itself is killing off people will most likely cause more negative reactions.

So what is better a vaccine that preps the immune system against the virus and saves lives or negative reactions in a small percentage of people. Of course there are those who's level of scientific knowledge leads them to believe the earth is flat. That vaccines are bad/are used to control people through microchips/are used to sterilize people. That people are not dying of Covid because Covid does not exist and all other sorts of wonderous things. The wonder is that those people have managed to survive as long as they have.
