I have a little different view. The shareholders, who can't do anything about the direction of the company, have been suffering.
Why should the people who COULD affect the direction of the company be allowed to profit from the current low levels which, with better oversight and better direction (things like keeping shareholders apprised of as much as possible), might not be this low?
In other words, why should THEY profit when WE don't?
This is a money grab, pure and simple, and it angers me.
